Healing Happens Here
My practice blends evidence-based modalities with a warm, personalized approach.
Welcome. I’m Trisha Coburn, and I'm glad you're here.
Reaching out for support takes courage, especially if you're carrying the weight of trauma, anxiety, depression, or other mental health conditions. My approach is grounded in the belief that healing happens in relationship — with a therapist who sees you, respects your pace, and treats you with genuine compassion.
I work with adults navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, unmet life expectations, and painful relationships. From my own life experience, and from loving people in my circle who belong to various continuums, spectrums, and cultures, I bring understanding, acceptance, and hard-earned wisdom.
I draw on evidence-based approaches including EMDR, cognitive behavioral therapy, somatic practices, parts work, and attachment-focused techniques. Together, we'll go beyond symptom management to understand the patterns beneath them — how your body holds stress, how early relationships shaped your sense of safety, and how you can build a kinder relationship with yourself, and more fulfilling relationships with others.
If your spiritual beliefs are part of who you are, they're welcome here. I integrate clients' spiritual and faith perspectives into our work when it's meaningful to them, because healing is rarely just clinical — it's personal, whole-person work.
Your therapy will be a refuge from the challenges of life, and a resting place from daily struggles.
Let's talk about what healing could look like for you.
I offer both in-person and virtual sessions, so we can find what fits your life.
